How we make money

How MainStreetRadar is paid: labeled affiliate links in the future, never a say in rankings. What we earn today, and what payment can never buy.

Last updated October 25, 2026

Today, no link on MainStreetRadar earns us money. The site is new, and we are applying to affiliate programs run by business checking providers and small-business software companies.

When we add affiliate links

  • A bank, a fintech or an affiliate network may pay us when someone opens an account or buys a product after clicking a link on MainStreetRadar. You pay nothing extra.
  • Every paid link will be labeled Ad next to the link itself, and each page with paid links will say so before the content starts, as the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides require.
  • Payment never changes a bonus’s position. Bonuses are ordered by their value to you, and the cost ranking is calculated from published fee schedules with a published method.
  • We list good bonuses even when they pay us nothing. A list that only shows paying banks is an advert, not a comparison.
  • We do not publish paid reviews, and no bank can read a page before it goes live.

Products from companies I am involved in

When a page mentions Aderlo or GAPLI, it says at the top that I own or run that company. See About.

What we will not promote

We do not promote loans, lines of credit, merchant cash advances, insurance, investments or crypto. Some of these need state licenses we do not hold; all of them need advice we are not in a position to give.
